About Bloomin

Between the three of us, we've spent years coaching students, helping people prepare for consulting interviews, teaching programming, running tutoring sessions, and managing one-on-one relationships at scale. And no matter how different the subject was, the operational chaos always looked the same: scattered notes, constant context switching, repetitive questions, scheduling headaches, forgotten follow-ups, and too much time spent managing instead of teaching.

We don't believe AI is going to replace human-to-human education. The best coaches, tutors, and mentors do far more than transfer information. They motivate people, build trust, understand context, and adapt emotionally in ways software simply can't replicate.

But we do believe the infrastructure around education is overdue for change.

Today, many independent educators are still operating across spreadsheets, calendars, forms, notes apps, payment tools, and endless messaging threads. The problem isn't teaching itself. It's everything surrounding it.

That's why we built Bloomin.

Our team brings together backgrounds across education, AI strategy, and software engineering. We've built systems for large organizations, but we've also spent years working directly with students ourselves and experiencing firsthand how difficult it is to scale personalized teaching without burning out.

We're betting on human educators. Bloomin exists to give them the tools, automation, and operational support they need to grow sustainable, high-impact practices without losing the personal connection that makes coaching valuable in the first place.
